Hi is there anyone you can recommend like yourself that is local within the Osaka area that doesn't mind accompanying a foreigner like myself to Matsushima or Tobita Shinichi for a reasonable tour price fee? Maybe the person that wrote the article is Japanese and wasn’t aware of it. But had this bad experience myself, that after almost an hour on Metro got rejected by almost every place (stopped trying and got back to the station after the 5th one).
